As a Retail Cashier / Team Member, your primary responsibilities include managing the front counter POS (register) terminal, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Bag purchased merchandise and assist customers with their purchases. Greet customers warmly, answer phone inquiries, and provide helpful assistance. Stock shelves regularly to maintain organized and appealing merchandise displays. Clean and maintain the display areas to ensure a tidy and inviting shopping environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
