Job Description

As a Crew Member in Food Service, you’ll be the friendly face greeting guests with a smile and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include taking orders accurately, processing payments efficiently, and ensuring a positive dining experience for each guest.

  • Assist customers in placing their orders both at the counter and via drive-thru
  • Handle payments and operate the cash register securely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and preparation areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure quality and safety
  • Work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service during busy hours
