The Head Cashier oversees and supports Cashiers, ensuring efficient checkout operations across various areas such as mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
- Expedites price checks and approves Point of Sale transactions and markdowns to streamline the checkout process.
- Provides first-level escalation for customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Supports Cashiers by assisting with operational tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Ensures accurate handling of transactions and adherence to company policies.
