Job Description

The Head Cashier oversees cashier operations and provides support to ensure efficient checkout processes.
They expedite price checks and approve transactions and markdowns across various channels including mainline registers, self-checkout, and returns.
Their responsibilities also include managing transactions at specialized service points such as the pro desk, special services, and tool rental.

  • Serve as the first level of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Assist in managing cashier staff and maintaining smooth store operations.
  • Support in enforcing store policies and procedures related to transactions and customer service.
