Job Description
The Lead Server oversees table service in community dining spaces, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and smooth operations.
Performs server duties, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Supervises and supports the server team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Ensures compliance with all safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Manages service flow to optimize efficiency and guest experience. Maintains a positive, professional attitude and promotes teamwork among staff. Must possess and maintain a Mandatory Alcohol Server Permit (MAST) to serve alcohol responsibly. The Lead Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service while leading the team and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
