Oversees cashier productivity, manages break schedules, and handles daily shift planning to maintain efficient operations.

Monitors and communicates performance issues to management to support staff development and store performance.

Ensures excellent customer service by leading cashier team and maintaining smooth checkout processes.

This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
