Job Description

The Cashier is responsible for managing all cashiering duties at the Chicago Botanic Gardens.

Key responsibilities include processing cash transactions accurately, verifying the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, and providing correct change to customers.

Additionally, the cashier counts cash receipts to ensure accuracy and completes cash reports for record-keeping purposes.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle financial transactions efficiently to support the overall operations of the Gardens.
