Job Description
Responsible for leading a shift of one to two cashiers, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all transaction types including cash, credit, and debit payments.
Oversee daily cashier operations, maintaining a smooth workflow during assigned shifts. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to uphold excellent customer service standards. Monitor transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure cash register balances and reports are accurate at the end of each shift. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
