Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Controls Technician in Madison, WI, to lead and support automation and control systems projects.


  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
  • Develop and modify control programs to optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system performance.
  • Perform system diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Document control systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members.

Skills needed: Strong understanding of automation, control hardware/software, and troubleshooting; excellent problem-solving abilities; effective communication skills.
