Job Description
The Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellent service to guests by serving food and beverages in a courteous and friendly manner.
Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests during events and functions. Assist in setting up banquet areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and table settings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area before, during, and after events. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event operations. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards throughout service. The role requires a friendly attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure guest satisfaction.
