The Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellent service to guests by serving food and beverages in a courteous and friendly manner.
Key duties include:
Serving food and drinks to guests promptly and accurately Ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service Setting up banquet areas before events and cleaning up afterward Assisting with event preparations and maintaining cleanliness of service areas Monitoring guest needs and responding to requests promptly Following all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environmentIdeal candidates are personable, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
