What you’ll need to succeed as a Forklift Operator:

Ability to perform basic math calculations, with or without a calculator

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, to accommodate fluctuating freight volumes

Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is preferred

Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and demands
