This team specializes in service, operations, process improvement, and efficiency within the store. They are responsible for maintaining proficiency across all store areas to ensure smooth daily operations.

Additionally, they support guest services by acting as back-up cashiers and assisting with order pickup (OPU) to enhance the customer experience.
