As a Cashier, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service by efficiently handling sales transactions and assisting customers with their needs.
Process sales accurately and quickly to ensure a smooth checkout experience. Assist customers with questions, product locations, and general inquiries. Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle payments, returns, and exchanges following store procedures. Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked as needed. Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred, but a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential for success in this role.
