Job Description
The Head Cashier oversees and supports Cashiers, ensuring efficient checkout operations and excellent customer service.
They expedite price checks and approve transactions and markdowns across various registers, including mainline, Self-Checkout, and specialty areas such as Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
The role involves providing first-level escalation for customer issues, resolving concerns promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
Additionally, the Head Cashier assists in training, supervising, and motivating team members to uphold store policies and standards.
