Job Description
The Head Cashier oversees and supports Cashiers to ensure efficient checkout operations.
They expedite price checks and approve transactions and markdowns across various payment and service points, including mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
Additionally, they serve as the first level of escalation for customer concerns, providing resolution and support.
