Job Description
The Head Cashier oversees and supports Cashiers to ensure efficient checkout operations across various areas, including mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
- Expedites price checks to facilitate smooth transactions.
 - Approves Point of Sale transactions and markdowns, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
 - Provides first-level escalation for customer issues, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
 - Assists in training and coaching Cashiers to uphold customer service standards.
 - Supports operational tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
