Job Description

The Head Cashier oversees cashier operations and provides support to ensure efficient checkout processes.
They assist in expediting price checks and approving Point of Sale transactions, including markdowns across various registers and services.
Their responsibilities include managing transactions for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
They serve as the first point of escalation for customer issues, offering solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Additionally, they support training and coaching Cashiers, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and uphold store policies and standards.
The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
