Job Description

As a Retail Salesperson, your key responsibilities include building customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service. You will be responsible for merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services to attract customers and increase sales.

You will engage with customers both in-store and over the phone, addressing their inquiries and providing helpful information to enhance their shopping experience.

Additionally, you’ll ensure that all promotional activities are effectively executed and that product displays are well-maintained to support sales goals.

This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
